DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TURNKEY PROJECTS

Our experience at various levels and across diverse industries allows us to master the disciplines our industrial clients need when facing major construction work in production.

This can involve the renovation and modernization of an entire production line, the replacement of machines or columns, the integration of subsystems into an existing production line, the development of a new line or production cell, and more.

Our expertise in developing and implementing industrial solutions, combined with our close relationships with selected partners, makes us an attractive turnkey provider.

In addition to developing and implementing the production equipment itself, we can prepare the building and floor before installing new machinery. In short, we take care of everything. Typically, we are involved from the early ideation phase to full implementation and subsequent training of operators and users.

We consider it our most important task to ensure confidence throughout the project phase and, as such, place great emphasis on regularly presenting the project’s progress. Contact us and find out how we can assist you with your next construction project, whether it’s large and complex or small and manageable.

MALT PROJECT – CARLSBERG FREDERICIA

At Carlsberg’s site in Fredericia, there was a desire for a complete new construction of the malt receiving station.

The facility is provided as a complete turnkey delivery.

The solution is executed as a closed system, starting from unloading from the truck and the subsequent storage and transport to the silo and further into the existing facility. This new construction is necessary to address the risk of product contamination, dust issues, and to generally meet high standards for handling food products. There are many different subtasks in this project, all of which must be executed with the overall focus of improving the functionality of the entire receiving area to meet current and future standards.

TURNKEY SOLUTION – VISION SYSTEMS FOR AQUA D’OR IN BRANDE

VISION SYSTEMS FOR AQUA D’OR IN BRANDE

For Aqua d’Or in Brande, we have delivered a vision system for detecting oval caps applied to plastic bottles. The issue with oval caps is that they often cause production stoppages as they get stuck in the conveyors leading to the filling machine. Aqua d’Or wanted a solution to reject these oval caps, thereby preventing production stoppages and loss of product.

The solution is a vision system placed just before the caps enter the conveyors. A camera detects the oval caps, and a rejection system ensures they are sorted out.

Speed: 670 caps per minute.

PARCEL SORTING SYSTEM FOR TEMASHOP – DELIVERED AS A TURNKEY SOLUTION

We have developed a compact and efficient parcel sorting system for Temashop.dk, which handles a large number of packages for consumers purchasing costumes and dress-up items online. The system, capable of handling large and small packages, envelopes, foil bags, etc., has significantly streamlined package sorting at Temashop.

The system occupies approximately 200 m², including the operational area. In addition to conveyors, the system includes pusher modules for products with 8 fractions and 1 “unreadable product.” There are also 9 chutes for products made of stainless steel AISI 304, including freewheel rollers.

The system has a capacity to sort 1,000 packages per hour and can be expanded with measuring and weighing functions, as well as the ability to send data to its own ERP system for accurate billing of transport prices. The system is easy to operate with a clear 9″ touchscreen and control panel. Sorting keys can also be easily changed by uploading data directly from spreadsheets, XML, CSV. The package sorting system is CE-marked in accordance with applicable regulations.
