solution for cleaning of wooden pallets
AUTOMATED SOLUTION FOR CLEANING OF WOODEN PALLETS – WITH OR WITHOUT NAIL PRESS
As a new development in pallet inspection solutions (sorting and handling of pallets), we have designed the Pallet Cleaner – an automated solution for cleaning cleaning of wooden pallets.
The Pallet Cleaner cleans the top boards/top deckboards of the wooden pallet with a brush mechanism and blows away any dirt or debris on the pallet’s bottom boards. The solution is available in two versions – with and without a nail press.
In developing this solution, we have emphasized minimal maintenance of the machinery and no/ minimal need for commissioning.

PALLET CLEANER STANDARD
The Pallet Cleaner Standard is an efficient and automated solution for cleaning of wooden pallets, making them ready for the production line once again. The effective brush mechanism ensures clean top boards on the pallet, while dirt and debris are blown away from the bottom boards.
The Pallet Cleaner Standard consists of a four-step process:
- Infeed and stacking down
- Cleaning station
- Outfeed and stacking up
- Extraction with cyclone
PALLET CLEANER INCLUDING NAIL PRESS
The Pallet Cleaner including nail press is identical to the Pallet Cleaner Standard with the addition of a nail press, ensuring that no visible nails protrude from the pallet before it’s reused in production.
The Pallet Cleaner including nail press thus consists of the following five-step process:
- Infeed and stacking down
- Cleaning station
- Outfeed and stacking up
- Extraction with cyclone
- Nail press
