Machine Introduction

The machine automatically collates multiple individual items—such as bottles, cans, jars, or cartons—into a single pack (for example, 6, 12, or 24 units). It can switch between half tray/cardboard pad and film only packing.

Tray Formation and Support

• A cardboard or corrugated tray is formed or placed under the products.
• The tray provides structural support, making the pack easier to handle, stack, and transport.
• It also reduces the amount of packaging material compared to full cartons.

Shrink Wrapping

• A layer of shrink film is wrapped around the products and tray.
• The pack then passes through a heat shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks tightly around the load.
